Business Coaching

Business Coaching is essentialy a unique relationship between the Coach and the Client. Both parties are united in the commitment to achieving a common goal.

The Client's role would be to take on a new attitude and be open to change. They must also be totally commited to devlopment and growth. The Coach's role would then be to honour that commitment by discovering the Client's vision and passion and keep them firmly focused on their ultimate goals.

In my role as a Business Coach I utilise my unique tools, techniques and systems to enable my clients to not only realise their full potential but get outstanding results for their biusiness. We work in partnership as players on the same team working towards the same goal.

How Coaching differs from advising is in the Coaching process it is assumed that you are the expert in your business vision. You know what you want from your business, where you want it go and how. However you sometimes need a little guidence and clarifcation on how to make it happen. or there might be something missing but you don't know what it is. Most entrprenures are very driven with their vision. and are reluctant to be told by an 'expert' as to how to go about getting the job done especially if they are innovators. Coaching allows the free thiniker to use their talents and get the support they need without being told what to.
